Description
Former NCAA Division II 3k–10k runner with domestic and international training experience. Currently, the Head Cross Country and Assistant Track & Field Coach at St. John XXIII College Preparatory in Katy, Texas, as well as a proud member of the Cross Country Coaches Association of Texas.
Currently residing in Hockley, TX, I have worked with runners all across the Houston area in prep for races from the 400m to the Half Marathon. I have enjoyed running since the age of 14, and with my running background, I have been fortunate to run workouts with my runners.
In my personal life, my wife teaches in Waller ISD, and my two sons are very active in sports. We are a big Marvel Comics family, and I enjoy fishing with my boys when the weather isn't too hot.
