2x Olympic Marathon Trials Qualifier | Former Brooks Professional Athlete | Ironman finisher | Director of Team Run Flagstaff I’m a passionate coach who’s all-in on helping runners chase their goals — whether that’s setting a PR, qualifying for a big race, or simply finding more joy and purpose in training. Over the past decade, I’ve coached more than 1000 athletes — from youth runners and collegiate competitors to masters and elites — tailoring training to their individual needs, strengths, and long-term development. No shortcuts, no gimmicks. Just smart, sustainable progress that helps you get better today and keeps you improving for years to come. My coaching style is built on experience — both my own and what I’ve learned from some of the best athletes and coaches in the world. I spent 8 years living and training in Flagstaff, Arizona, surrounded by elite runners and high-level coaches, soaking up everything I could. During that time, I qualified for 2 Olympic Marathon Trials, clocked PRs of 29:39 for 10k, 1:06:18 for the half marathon, and 2:16:59 for the marathon — and even landed a short stint as a Brooks pro athlete. More importantly, I coached runners at every level — from elementary school kids to high schoolers, local community groups of 300+ runners, and athletes chasing big dreams of their own.
