Description
I am a Doctor of Physical Therapy and the owner of Physio330 LLC. I opened this cash-based Physical Therapy practice in my hometown with a mission to help active individuals move better and live without limitations. I grew up in competitive gymnastics and dance then switched to cross country, springboard diving, volleyball, swimming, and track at Firestone high school where I graduated in 2008. After high school, I continued my springboard diving career at Washington & Jefferson College in Pennsylvania. I earned four NCAA Division III All-America awards and graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology. I went to Physical Therapy school at Chatham University and earned my Doctorate in 2015. I has 9 years of experience with post-operative and conservative management of the neck, back, shoulder, elbow, hip, knee, ankle, and foot. My specialties include lower extremity injury management, dry needling, return to running, sports recovery optimization, and manual therapy. I am a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) through the National Strength and Conditioning Association and a USA Track & Field Level 1 certified running coach. I am a recreational distance runner, love hiking with my husband, Nate, and our two golden retrievers, and enjoy making memories around northeast Ohio with my tight-knit family.
