I've competed in some of the most iconic races including the Boston, NYC, and Chicago marathons. With a strong emphasis on injury prevention and evidence-based training, I leverage my extensive experience to help athletes maximize their potential in a safe and efficient manner. My goal is to provide expert guidance that elevates both performance and well-being.
My coaching approach differs from traditional methods. I prioritize injury prevention and quality training sessions over the volume of miles run, a strategy that consistently delivers positive results. As a Doctor of Physical Therapy, I specialize in working with individuals who have a history of injuries.
