I ran my first marathon in 2015 for charity, without any specific training (as I was still playing football) I struggled around in 4hrs13mins. Having retired from football two years later I decided to train properly for my next marathon. I joined my local running club and applied the VDOT principles to my training and ran a 2:59 in the Walled City Marathon. Since then I have self-coached my marathon time down to 2:41 in the last few years. I have coached athletes in my College to win at district, provincial and national level. I hope that I can help you achieve your goals too!

I ran my first marathon in 2015 for charity, without any specific training (as I was still playing football) I struggled around in 4hrs13mins. Having retired from football two years later I decided to train properly for my next marathon. I joined my local running club, qualified as a VDOT Coach and applied the VDOT principles to my training and ran a 2:59 in the Walled City Marathon, qualifying as good for age for the London Marathon for two years. I have paced the Sub 3 Hour Marathon and many Half-Marathons. I have self-coached my marathon time down to 2:41 in the last two years to run in the London Marathon Championship & Berlin Marathon. I have coached athletes in my College to win at district, provincial and national level. I hope that I can help you achieve your goals too!
