Hi, I'm Gayle Lindsay, a certified UESCA and VDOT running coach. I've been running most of my life and love sharing my passion for the sport with others. My personal best times include a 3:04 marathon, 1:26 half marathon, 37:27 10km, 18:13 5km and a 5:11 mile.
