I’m a UESCA certified run coach and long-time athlete offering individualized, evidence-based coaching with an emphasis on consistency, self-trust, and joy in the process. I work with everyday runners of all experience levels—from first-time 5k runners to returning marathoners—helping each athlete train with purpose and flexibility. Whether you’re chasing a PR or building a base, I’ll meet you where you are and help you move forward.

Hi, I'm Hannah -- a UESCA certified run coach and founder of Overlap Running. During the day, I work as an architectural designer in Philadelphia where I live with my husband, dog (border collie mix, also a runner!), and our cat (not a runner).
I coach athletes with a deep belief in consistency, curiosity, and long-term growth. I'm about the process, my friends. Whether you're training for your first race or aiming for a PR, I meet you where you are with thoughtful plans, personalized guidance, and support that helps you stay grounded and adaptable.
I work with everyday runners who want to feel stronger, more confident, and better supported in their training. My coaching blends considerate and scientific planning with flexibility, because running should fit into your real life, not the other way around.
