I’m Jack, an experienced runner looking to coach and train anyone who is keen to improve their running abilities. Are you wanting to push your boundaries, I can work with you to achieve your goals by creating a tailored 1-2-1 training plan. I’m looking to use my own experience to help people improve. I’m passionate about helping you not only reach your goals but exceed them. In terms of my own abilities, through hard work, training and dedication I was able to improve my times in the following distances:    5K – 21:03 to 16:28 10k – 43:52 to 35:50 Half Marathon – 1:52:24 to 1:15:43   So what can you expect from working with OnTrack running? The key to running faster isn’t just about going out hard every week and trying to get a PB. You will receive tailored 1-2-1 training plans: dedicating time to speed work, interval work, easy runs, and long runs. Training plans will vary depending on your goals and current abilities. I welcome all abilities and believe anyone can become a runner. We offer an inclusive, friendly environment with an aim to help you reach your personal best.
