Description
I'm Jamie- a mom, wife, runner, and fitness enthusiast based in Illinois!
I am passionate about helping postpartum moms find strength, confidence, and joy in running again. I specialize in safe, gradual training that fits your busy life, celebrating every step of your journey—because running isn’t just about distance, it’s about feeling strong and empowered.
When I'm not running, you can find me spending time with my family, on a hike, gardening, cooking, or traveling. My love for running started long before my journey as a mother and has been a constant in my life in many different seasons. My goal is to offer coaching guidance that feels realistic, encouraging, and judgment-free—so women don’t feel alone or broken as they navigate postpartum running. I want moms to feel supported, understood, and confident in making choices that honor both their bodies and their love for running.

Athletes are expected to communicate honestly about goals, availability, fatigue, injuries, and any concerns that may impact training or performance. Athletes should be receptive to coaching feedback, ask questions when clarification is needed, and apply guidance as instructed. For health and safety reasons, any pain, injury, illness, or physical limitation must be reported promptly so training can be adjusted appropriately. For postpartum athletes (Clearance from a medical provider).
