We kick off with a one-on-one intake session over Zoom or FaceTime to understand your background, goals, and schedule. From there, you'll get a personalized training program tailored to your race or goals, and designed to evolve as you progress.
You'll have ongoing access to expert advice on workouts, recovery, gear, running technique, and more, and I’m here whenever you need a little extra advice, whether it’s a quick text, email, or a video review of your technique.
