When athletes purchase a private coaching subscription they will submit a running profile and setup their V.O2 training calendar account. Joelle starts with analyzing her athletes running profile, then she designs a custom training program specifically for them with custom workouts based on their training history and current fitness. Once athletes see workouts on their training calendar they are ready to begin training. Workouts sync to Coros and Garmin devices to guide athletes in real-time. When athletes sync data from their device to V.O2, all tracked workouts will upload for Joelle to monitor and analyze. V.O2 offers user-friendly web browser and app versions that allow access to the athletes training and their running coach. Joelle will analyze her athlete's training runs, leave comments on their training calendar and adjust training as needed.
