About Jonathan Lyau
Jonathan helps runners with their personal goals. He takes great pride and joy in seeing others achieve personal success! If you want a personalized training program to help you reach your potential, then this is the one for you! "Jon's plan challenged my running abilities and mental strength. I entered a new level of athletic competency.  What was more important was the knowledge that Jon knew what I could potentially do.  I was able to push the hardest I could, keep myself motivated to try my best, and aim for a goal that felt so far fetched and unbelievable to me."  - Kristina Ingvarsson.
