About Katie Brady
Built Around Your Life. Designed for Your Goals.
Description
Hi, I'm Katie! I'm an endurance athlete, marathoner, and coach who knows firsthand what it means to balance big goals with a full life. As a working professional, I understand the challenge of fitting training around careers, travel, family, and everything else life throws your way. That's exactly why I believe your training should fit your life—not the other way around. I love helping women discover what they're capable of, whether that's building a consistent fitness routine, training for a first 5K, chasing a marathon PR, or preparing for an ultra or triathlon. Endurance is about so much more than miles—it's about building confidence, resilience, and finding joy in what your body can accomplish. My coaching philosophy is rooted in meeting you where you are. I work with runners who want to focus solely on running, athletes who enjoy incorporating cycling, strength training, or other cross-training into their routine, and those balancing swim-bike-run training for triathlon. Every training plan is personalized to your goals, experience, and schedule, with the flexibility to adapt as life changes. While I coach athletes across the endurance spectrum, distance has always been my passion. From marathons and ultras to long-course triathlon, I love the process of helping athletes build fitness over time, train intelligently, stay healthy, and arrive at the start line feeling confident and prepared. My approach emphasizes consistency over perfection, smart training over simply doing more, and sustainable progress that lasts beyond a single race. Whether you're returning from injury, fitting training around a demanding career, or dreaming about a goal that feels just out of reach, my goal is to provide expert guidance, honest encouragement, and a partnership that helps you become stronger—not just as an athlete, but in every aspect of your life. I can't wait to help you discover what's possible.
