About Pamela Hunt
Former D1 athlete; All-American in 3,000 meters and X-Country; Girls on the Run Coach; Co-founder of Orithyia Omada (A women’s running club based in NYC); Member of WRCC (Women's Running Coaches Collective); Nationally competitive masters runner
Many mentors and coaches shared their wisdom with me throughout my running years, and I take pride in passing on their inspiration and teachings along with my experiences. I focus on a holistic approach to running, highlighting the importance of nutrition, mindset, strength and mobility to tap into the ease, joy and natural intelligence of our bodies.
