Experienced runner who went from complete beginner (running for exercise while studying) to sub-3 marathon runner in 5 years with a demanding work schedule using Jack Daniels' Running Formula. (PRs: 10k 38min / HM 1:20 / M 2:52 (Boston))
Now starting to explore trail and ultra running in Mexico.
Already have experience working with a few athletes in the last few years:
Coached an athlete (F40-45) to multiple PRs and BQs ( HM: 1:37:51 M: 3:28:40 BQ and 3:37 Boston Finish), and a few beginner runners for their first marathon.
Description
I started running as a student in NYC as it was a cheap workout, then discovered the running community there. I got more passionate about running, races and self-coached myself to a 3:10 marathon. Then I started to get interested in Jack Daniels' training formula and applied it to get my PR down to 2:52.
Along this journey, I have also learned valuable lessons about overtraining leading to injury, proper race pacing and fueling through trial and error, and I will share those with you as well.
I already have experience coaching athletes and have seen some good results.

Athlete Requirements
I mostly work remotely with athletes since I relocated to Mexico City. I accept most athlete levels, but it's important you are willing to put in the time and effort necessary to improve.
Your goal can simply be to finish your first half or marathon, or trying to improve on your current results.
