Description
Rachel is an athlete and certified VDOT and Ironman U coach based in Singapore. I help runners and triathletes reach their next level, whether that’s chasing a new PB, rebuilding confidence after injury, or simply finding more joy and purpose in training. I’ve learned that the most powerful results come from a blend of structure, science, and self-belief. My coaching combines Jack Daniels’ VDOT methodology with real-world experience training and racing. Every plan I build is data-driven but human-centred. I focus not just on performance metrics, but on mindset, nutrition, and recovery. I know first-hand that thriving as an athlete means more than hitting numbers. It’s about showing up consistently, learning from setbacks, and discovering how strong you can really be. I work with athletes from all backgrounds: beginners, returning runners, and competitive age-groupers; offering both in-person and remote coaching. My goal is to help you perform with purpose, train with confidence, and enjoy the process of becoming your best self through sport.
