Description
UESCA and V.O2 certified running coach with a focus on masters-age aspiring, returning, and ongoing runners. I started running just before turning 40, and made all of the mistakes so that you don’t have to. Since then, I’ve raced over 100 events, the mile, 5K, and 10K, a few dozen half marathons, and 11 marathons, including Berlin, Chicago, and Boston.
My main focus is on helping masters-age aspiring runners and those returning to running after a long pause. Maybe you just want to take the stairs without getting out of breath — I can help with that. Maybe you want to finish your first marathon. Maybe your first 5K. Let’s talk.
