Hi I'm Liam, a dedicated running & strength coach and passionate runner. By the end of 2024, I will have competed in 5 of the 6 major marathons around the world, clocking impressive times. My journey into running began in 2019, and it had a profound impact on my mental health and fitness. I didn’t grow up as a runner, but through tenacity and dedication, I transformed myself into one. This has allowed me to help typical recreational runners, especially those balancing busy work lives, to become their best. I recently lost my dog to an unexpected toxin at the age of 3. The grief hit hard, and I found myself struggling to cope. It was during this challenging time that having a running plan and strategy became my anchor. The importance of having something to follow and something that gave me purpose, was invaluable in navigating my grief. This experience reinforced my belief that running, paired with a well-structured plan, can be a powerful tool for overcoming life’s toughest obstacles and achieving the impossible. I approach running holistically, tackling the challenges that come with balancing family, a busy job, and training. My method incorporates strength work, nutrition, flexibility, and habit techniques ensuring that you stay fitter, stronger, and injury-free. Small, consistent changes that fit into your lifestyle will compound over time, leading to significant improvements in both your mind and body, one of the best investments you can make!
