Run Stark is led by Liam, a competitive runner and experienced strength & conditioning coach who knows firsthand what it takes to push limits. With a personal best of 2:30 in the marathon and years coaching everyday runners to podiums, PBs, and injury-free training blocks, Liam brings both elite-level insight and real-world relatability to his coaching.
Liam founded Run Stark after seeing too many runners stuck in cycles of injury, frustration, and training without direction. Now, through a smart holistic coaching system, he helps runners of all levels build robust, race-ready bodies that go the distance.
