Description
What I would look for in a run coach is someone who will put you in the best position to succeed. Someone you can trust with all of the time and energy you put into training. Someone who is reliable, relatable and who will hold you accountable. Someone that will help you navigate the inevitable ups and downs of your training constructively and gracefully. Someone who themselves have put in the work, gotten results and is passionate about helping others find their way in this sport. If those things ring true to you, then I believe we may be a great fit. After playing competitive sports growing up and going on to play division 1 lacrosse in college, it was only a matter of time until I stumbled into the endurance world. What began as a continuation of “staying in shape” after college eventually turned into something deeper I didn’t see coming. I ran my first marathon in 2017 and I haven’t looked back. I went from running 20-30 miles per week and running a 3:15 marathon to 80-90 miles per week and recently running a 2:29. I’ve learned so much from my failures and successes along the way and continue to be a student of the sport everyday. With the knowledge and wisdom i’ve accumulated over the years, I will help you build and refine the way that you train. I will treat your journey with the energy and attention to detail that I have given my own. I have crafted a handful of training plans that have gotten proven results for my athletes in the past that are now available. If we work together as a 1:1 athlete, I will be with you every step of the way and provide all of the tools that will help you succeed. When I started on this adventure I made it my mission to always have a positive impact on those that I crossed paths with. If I could inspire, motivate, or coach others to explore their potential as an athlete and to see the positive impact that can have on the life around them then that’s my biggest win.
