I am a Running Coach and Personal Trainer for New York Health and Racket Club. I specialize in running programs for 5k to marathon races as well as cross training for runners. As a Certified Personal Trainer and Corrective Exercise Specialist by the National Academy of Sports Medicine I can help runners overcome injuries, return to previous performance levels and reach higher achievements.

My effective coaching plans offer diligent and supportive coaching. It doesn't matter if you are running your first 5k or trying for a marathon PR, I will be there to guide you and support you every step of the way.
I began my fitness journey playing team sports as a kid. From high school through college I taught and coached swimming for all ages. Eventually I fell in love with the empowerment and personnel challenge of road racing. Being a personal trainer already, the Jack Daniels VDOT O2 certification allows me to share my running passion and improve my own sport.
In addition to standard individualized programming I specialize in bringing runners back from injuries relying on my NASM corrective exercise certification. I work with all levels of runners and am passionate about bringing out the best performances of individuals by capitalizing on their strengths and addressing their exercise history.
