I have been coaching for over 10 years and enjoying the sport of running for 15. I initially began walking/running at the age of 32 after being diagnosed of being at-risk for heart disease, obesity, and having high-cholesterol. -Trained hundreds of runners in distances from 5k up to 100k, beginners to more advanced.
-15-time marathon finisher
-17-time half-marathon finisher
-Boston Qualifier, having run Boston multiple times.
I have competed in hundreds of races at other distances (multiple age-group winners and various trophies awarded throughout my career) after beginning running to improve my health in 2011.
