I enjoy connecting with runners of all abilities, celebrating their victories, and helping them achieve their best through our online coaching system. The VDOT02 system allows for instant + easy communication, workout adjustments, race planning, and overall strategy to help you achieve your goals.
I am not only dedicated to learning and teaching; I have a passion for a holistic approach to health and fitness. Aside from being an RRCA certified run coach, I am also a certified Chi Running & Walking Instructor, and GGS Menopause Strength and Conditioning coach in Oklahoma.
It is my goal to not only help brand new runners finish their first 5k but for veteran athletes to reach their goals while remaining strong + healthy.
My team of athletes is made up of some of the finest runners the nation has to offer. By using our own experiences, continually learning, and developing – we have seen amazing results!
