I coach runners who want to train consistently without repeating the injury cycle.
My approach is durability-first. Strength, drills, mobility, and movement quality aren’t extras — they’re the foundation that allows you to progress safely and sustainably.
Through personalized run and strength programming, I help athletes build capacity, improve awareness, and make smarter training decisions.
If you’re looking for a quick mileage bump, I’m probably not your coach.
If you want to build something that lasts, we’ll work well together.
Description
I’ve been running since middle school, and for years my training followed a frustrating pattern: build momentum, get injured, start over.
The seasons I improved weren’t the ones where I trained the hardest. They were the ones where I stayed healthy long enough to be consistent.
That realization reshaped how I see training.
Prevention isn’t separate from performance — it is performance. The drills, the strength work, the mobility, the small foundational habits — that’s what allows progress to compound over time.
Baseline was built around that belief.
My coaching integrates run programming with strength development and movement awareness. We focus not just on what to do, but why you’re doing it — so you can understand your body, adjust intelligently, and build trust in your durability.
Alongside my coaching certification, I bring a background in counseling, which helps me guide athletes through both physical and mental training patterns. Running is physical, but consistency is behavioral.
My goal isn’t just to help you prepare for a race.
It’s to help you build the capacity to run for decades.
If you value consistency, curiosity, and long-term development, I’d love to work with you.
