Description
I’m a former Division III athlete and school counselor currently training for a sub-2:50 marathon. I coach runners who want to get better without burning out - physically or mentally.
My approach prioritizes rhythm before intensity, durability before peak fitness, and understanding over blind execution. I believe training should sharpen you, not deplete you.
When we work together, I take time to understand your background, schedule, and goals, then build a personalized plan that blends purposeful running sessions, supportive strength work, and recovery practices that help you return to the work again and again.
