Running never came naturally to me...but I stayed persistent. I'm not your traditional runner, weighing about 60% more than the average elite marathoner, I've been told all my life that I "don't look like a runner." I want to help you stay persistent and have the same results I did. Training with me and I'll help you become the best version of yourself.
Description
My background was, and still is, in rugby - I played in high school, college, and now i coach the 2023 CT state champs. But thanks to COVID, my competitive rugby days ended. To soothe the pain of not having a gym (torture to a rugger), I picked up running and haven't put it back down. Since my first 3 mile run in 2020, I've completed 3 ultras up to the 100k distance (13 hours), hit a half marathon PR of 1h25min this July, a marathon of 3h10min in May 2023, and am current training for a sub-2:55 marathon this October. Being a sports performance coach, personal trainer, and certified nutrition coach, I can help you become the best athlete you can. With years of experience being an athlete and training athletes, my holistic approach makes me a one-stop-shop for all things performance. Athlete Requirements
Athletes must be willing to commit to themselves ands their goal. Athletes must be willing to accept feedback with an open mind since I will do the same as the coach. Athletes must be willing to fail in order to succeed. Athletes must be willing to have a strong "why" that will help push them through the tough training days.
