More About Me & My Experience: I graduated from Eastern Washington University in 2008 with a B.S. in Exercise Science and have since then trained/coached in various capacities. Running soon became my passion, so I launched Emerge Run Coaching in 2022. Since then, I've had the pleasure of helping multiple runners achieve their running goals! Some of their accomplishments include: *Pike's Peak Marathon in under 10 hours! *First Marathon in just under 3:45:00! *PR in the Half Marathon by 15 minutes (2:45:00 to 2:30:00)! *PR in the Marathon by 16 minutes (6:03:00 to 5:47:00) *Half Marathon at a sub 14-min pace (run/walk intervals)! *Recover from injury and rebuild strength, mobility, and endurance! I provide strategic and personalized training plans, strength training and nutrition guidance, mindset tips and strategies, and race day guidance. I enjoy coaching runners of all levels and distances (5k to Ultramarathon), but primarily those who are looking to take their running to the next level. Outside of running, I enjoy activities such as hiking, disc golf, paddle boarding, and more. I currently live in Iowa (recently moved from Kansas) with my husband Chris and homeschool our two youngest kids (2nd/3rd grade).
