With my experience running the 4 of the 6 World Marathon Majors and races ranging from 5K to 50K to 50M, I'll share insights and training plans that get you across the finish line.

Running has been an integral part of my life for the past 15 years, and I’m excited to share my passion with you. Although I joke about not being a runner, I’ve completed the Boston Marathon twice and everything from a 5K to a 50-miler.
Running is a sport that requires a strong mindset, goal-setting, and balancing your commitments on and off the track. As your coach, we’ll work together to set achievable goals and ensure that you enjoy your life as an athlete.
Athlete Requirements
I only ask that athletes come with a desire to enjoy the sport. All runners should be physically able to handle the load. A consultation with a physician is recommended.
